Digital Marketing Executive
Social Media Management:
- Publish and manage content on all major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics, suggesting improvements for future campaigns.
Content Creation and Publishing:
- Assist in the creation of engaging content, including copywriting and basic visual assets.
- Upload and format blogs on the company’s WordPress website, ensuring proper optimization and alignment with SEO best practices.
- Use Google Analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generate and present performance reports with actionable insights to improve content and campaign effectiveness.
- Work with internal teams, including technical staff, designers, and content creators, to develop and deliver high-quality digital content.
- Stay informed about trends in digital marketing, social media, and content strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with familiarity in:
- Social media platforms and content publishing.
- Creating and managing content in WordPress.
- Using Google Analytics for performance tracking and reporting.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Software Engineers (PHP/Laravel)
- Minimum 1.5 year Industry Experience required.
- Skills in Laravel framework is a must.
- Hands on experience in Vue JS.
- Should have at least completed five Industry projects in LAMP/WAMP Environment.
- Hands on experience in source code management tools like GitHub or Bitbucket.
- Experience in RESTful Services and API Design
Laravel cum vue.js developers
- Fluent in Object Oriented programming concepts
- Excellent skills in Laravel Framework 7 and above. 80% or
more involvement in the development cycle of at least
three projects, using Laravel Framework - Excellent knowledge and skills in native php, MySql,
Javascript & Jquery - Experience in working with Vue.js at least in a single project
- Skills in working with version control (git)
- Knowledge in Scrum framework
- Excellent skills in trouble shooting and bug fixing
- Working knowledge in python would be an added
advantage
WordPress developers
- Fluent in Object Oriented programming concepts
- Excellent development skills in WordPress Plugins
with at least three complex plugins developed. - Working with WordPress based Plugins
- Excellent skills in trouble shooting and bug fixing
Mobile App Developers
- Fluent in Object Oriented programming concepts
- Excellent skills in Flutter
- Excellent skills in development of application programming interfaces (APIs) to support
mobile functionality - Excellent skills in trouble shooting and bug fixing
- Experience in submitting projects for Play store and Google Play
- Well conversed with terminology, concepts, and best practices for coding mobile applications
- Skills in working with version control (git)
- Knowledge in Scrum framework
